Overview

According to URS, the object of the product to be crushed is a special product that belongs to multiple varieties, multiple forms, and is mainly composed of fibers. At the same time, in the crushing production, it is necessary to meet the increasing requirements of modern Chinese medicine production. Some varieties can achieve a particle size of>300 mesh or more. The production process meets the requirements of GMP production. Therefore, the design of the process route and equipment configuration for material crushing is as follows:

Important instructions for process design

1. Equipment combination selection

The system is designed as an organic combination of mechanical crusher and airflow crusher. Different mechanical crushers can be selected according to the physical properties of raw materials. If it is for crushing mixed Chinese medicinal materials, TJZ crusher can be chosen. If it is for crushing paste or oily, flexible materials, you can choose TJG crusher. If it is for crushing single fiber materials, you can choose TJD multi machine crusher. Airflow pulverization can also be chosen. If it is to pulverize large quantities of single products, TQX rotary jet airflow pulverizer can be selected. If it is to pulverize multiple types of materials, TQG fluidized bed airflow pulverizer can be selected.

1. Process selection

1) If the crushed product reaches 80-200 mesh powder, only use a mechanical crusher and close valve 2 Turn off the airflow crusher, and the powder will enter the collection system directly after classification.

2) If the crushed product needs to reach a powder size of 200-1000 mesh, a mechanical crusher is used for pre crushing, and valve 1 is closed during crushing. After the product is crushed, it directly enters the rotary jet airflow crusher. The capacity matching of two crushers can be adjusted through TJZ's airflow classifier.

3. The system adopts sieve free grading, which allows for online and stepless adjustment of powder particle size, avoiding difficulties in sieving and replacing screen mesh. And the grading wheel has a long service life. Our company's grading wheel warranty period is three years, and customers do not have to worry about sieving within three years.

Three working principles

1. Mechanical crushing principle

Design purpose:

Organic combination of multiple crushing forces, suitable for crushing various traditional Chinese medicine raw materials.

Crushing principle:

The material (≤ 6cm) is sent into the crushing chamber under the negative pressure of the fan suction. The interior of the crushing chamber is divided into three central connected crushing areas by partitions, each of which is equipped with a coaxial rotating crushing device. The first crushing area is a pendulum device, the second crushing area is a pendulum blade device, and the third crushing area is a fixed cone blade device. In the first crushing area, the impact performance of the pendulum is utilized to facilitate the pre crushing of the powder; Utilizing the shear performance and high crushing kinetic energy of the blade in the second crushing zone is beneficial for the strong crushing of the powder; Crushing with a fixed cone knife in the third crushing zone is beneficial for controlling the particle size of the powder.

Each crushing zone is equipped with a fixed gear ring around it. During crushing, the pendulum, swing knife, and fixed cone knife rotate at high speed, while impacting, shearing, and grinding the material to achieve crushing.

Using the impact, shear, grinding and other forces of the grinding tool, the raw material particles are crushed to 80-150 mesh micro powder

Process steps:

1. The material is fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding machine, and is crushed under the action of swinging knives, swinging hammers, and inclined knives.

2. The crushed mixture quickly leaves the crusher and enters the classification chamber under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan.

3. Unqualified materials enter the crushing chamber again through the return port.

 2. Principle of airflow pulverization

Crushing principle: Purified and dry compressed air is introduced into Laval nozzles installed at several opposite positions in the crushing chamber, forming a supersonic airflow. The nozzles can rotate and adjust their rotation speed according to different materials. The materials are transported from the hopper to the crushing chamber and accelerated by supersonic airflow, becoming high-speed moving jets that collide with each other at their intersections; Due to the adjustable rotating supersonic airflow inside the crushing chamber, the distance from the material in the crushing chamber to the intersection point is always the shortest, which greatly improves the crushing strength and efficiency. Compared with the original fluidized bed crusher, its production capacity is increased by 50%. This is the basic principle of the new generation of advanced airflow pulverization.

Equipment function: Utilizing opposing supersonic airflow to transport animal materials at high speeds and causing collisions at intersections. Grind 60 mesh material particles into ultrafine powder ranging from 0.5 to 40 microns

3. Classification principle天目超微

TJZ grading/TQX classifier

Grading principle: It is difficult to obtain powders below a few microns using ordinary sieving methods. Therefore, micro powder crushing systems must be equipped with grading equipment.

Main configuration: grading motor, grading wheel, grading chamber assembly

Equipment function: Through a specially designed grading wheel, the powder particle size can be infinitely adjusted online (adjustment range: 40-0.5 microns) to control the powder particle size. Qualified powder enters the collection system through induced draft, while unqualified powder is returned to the crusher. The air hammer oscillator can prevent powder from sticking to the wall.

The grading technology we propose is that the material enters the grading zone with the airflow and generates a horizontal centrifugal force field under the high-speed rotational force of the grading wheel (the size of the centrifugal force field can be adjusted by frequency conversion). Powder particle A is subjected to two forces in a certain centrifugal force field.

One is the centrifugal force F generated by the rotation of the grading wheel driving particle A to rotate, F = K1d3Vt2.

To reduce heat, the first step is to reduce the amount of heat that should not be generated, and the second step is to promptly dissipate the generated heat. The effective method is to separate the crushing chamber from the grading chamber, and the crushed material enters the grading chamber without stopping after being crushed in the crushing chamber.

1) Avoid over crushing

Reduce the amount of heat that should not be generated, and lower the crushing temperature by 20-30 ℃ compared to similar equipment

1) The specially designed grading chamber and vertical grading wheel with variable frequency speed regulation do not require a sieve, and can adjust the product particle size online and continuously at low speeds. The cyclic feeding structure strictly limits the "large particles" and avoids over crushing, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution and uniform particle size of the product; Avoiding the difficulty of sieving powders with a mesh size of 150 or more.
